Introduce:
1 Go to site of "www.HP.com" into your Internet browser's tackle bar. Press "Enter" to load HP's Web site. Or you can just use our driver software.

over the radio button for "Download drivers and software (firmware)" under the "Step 1" section.

Sort your HP product name and model number into the blank field under "Step 2". For example you may variety "TouchSmart IQ504" if that is your laptop model. Click "How do I find my product name/number?" link under the blank field if you need help locating the model number.

5 Click the "Go" button next
to the text entry field under "Step 2". A new web page will now load.

6 Click
about the operating system you use on your laptop. For example, "Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)".

7 Locate the "graphics driver" from the list of drivers that appear. It may appear under the "Original Drivers" section of the table. It will be described with a specific manufacturer and model number, such as "Intel Graphics Driver." Click
over the "Graphics Driver" link.

8 Click
about the blue "Download" button near the top of the page under the "Download Options and Information" bar. A new dialogue box will appear.

9 Click the "Save to" option and choose "Desktop" from the left-hand column. Click "OK" button in the bottom right-hand column.

10 Navigate to your Desktop after the download is complete. Find the ".exe" file for your graphics drivers and double-click it. The installation process will begin.
